| Grade | What it means |
| Grade A | Excellent pre-owned. Only minor use signs. No defects. |
| Grade AB | Good pre-owned. Slight wear, mild pilling or minor fabric relaxation. No holes, stains or damage. |

- We send photos or video of your exact pieces.
- You approve, pay the balance, and we dispatch with tracking.
